Program:   ORGANIC GARDENING  

Mission Hills Nursery and staff enjoy being outside, caring for the plants before they go to your garden and sharing their knowledge and experience. They work with the plants at the nursery using organic soils and fertilizers along with organic insecticides when needed. They understand the added bonus of using organics as they are better for the soil and environment; birds and bees around the nursery appreciate this as well. When it comes to home gardening the majority of staff does some vegetable and edible gardening, even those living in apartments with just container gardens.
