It is my honor to be the President of our Garden Club. The Club members are a group of fun-loving, friendly and vivacious gardeners who love being together, sharing their knowledge,  learning new things and socializing.  Like all good clubs, ours is committee-driven, so, have fun and get involved.

Club Activities

Monthly Meetings

The Point Loma Garden Club hosts local, national and international speakers at each meeting including member-provided refreshments and brunch. Meetings are held at the Portuguese Hall, a full-service community meeting and event space.

Workshops

Educational, entertaining and hands-on workshops are held throughout the year. Occasionally a small fee is charged to cover materials expenses.

Annual Plant Sale

& Garden Marketplace

Our club hosts an annual plant sale featuring varied and unusual plants propagated by our members.

In some years our club hosts a free community flower show. Master Gardeners, art, and educational exhibits are often included with these events.

Holiday Tea & Bazaar

Holiday decorations and crafts are for sale, created by PLGC members. Come find the perfect table centerpieces, wreaths, and swags for your home as well as gifts for family and friends.
